Flipbooks

Since all eBooks are in PDF format, they are able to be uploaded into programs like Microsoft OneNote and GoodNotes which allow you to color/draw/write/type directly on the page.  Some PDF readers also allow you to write/type directly on the page. 

• You can also print hardcopy the coloring pages to color them the good old-fashioned way or print the journal pages to write on them with a pen or pencil. 

If you like taking notes when you are reading a book, the content eBooks are also in PDF format, which can also be transferred into programs like Microsoft OneNote and Good Notes. Some, PDF readers also allow you to write/type directly on the page. You can make that ebook YOUR OWN by highlighting, underlining, and taking notes right inside the ebook.

 Look for the before & after examples on this page that show what the coloring page could look like after transferring the coloring pages into Microsoft OneNote and/or GoodNotes and using the coloring tools. [NOTE: This works best when you have a digital pencil meant for precision. Your finger or a random stylus does not usually give you the precision to color within the lines.]

*** HELPFUL HINTS: 

• Once you transfer the PDF into Microsoft OneNote, be sure to: "Set the Picture as Background," so you maintain the coloring if you happen to resize the page while you are working on it.

• Both Microsoft OneNote and GoodNotes work well with the coloring books. It is really a matter of preference.

• I like using GoodNotes to transfer the Journal PDFs into. It then works like a regular journal, except it is digital.  Absolutely lovely! GoodNotes gives you the option to scroll the pages, or view them horizontally just like flipping pages on a book.

• I try to offer the journals two different ways:  (1) WITH LINES and (2) with NO LINES, so be sure to pay attention which one you are purchasing depending on your preference.

• Journals WITH LINES are good if you plan on writing on your tablet with a digital pen. NO LINES are good if you plan on typing your text on your laptop or desktop. GoodNotes works well either way.

• Lock the orientation on your tablet while coloring or journaling so the page stays in the same position if you don't want it flipping around when you turn your tablet a different direction.
