There are NO REFUNDS on any digital media, such as eBooks, eCourses, videos, pics, and audio, as they are delivered instantly in digital format.

eBOOKS: Once purchased and downloaded, all eBooks are in PDF format. eBOOKS are delivered instantly after purchase.

* You can print the eBook pages if you like a hard copy, for example, the Coloring eBooks and Journaling eBooks.

These PDFs allow you to upload or transfer directly to your favorite PDF reader or another digital platform that allows you to color, write, draw, and type on the page, for example, Microsoft OneNote and GoodNotes. (There are probably other programs that do this, too, these are just the two I use.)

WARNING: If you are purchasing a Coloring eBook or Journaling eBook specifically to color, write, draw and type on the screen of your device: Please make sure your device gives you the option to color, write, draw and type before you make your purchase. There are specific devices that offer this option. 

You may need to purchase additional software or an app from a third-party provider to write or type on the pdf.

Also, you may need to purchase a particular type of electronic pencil or stylus.
