What good is all the money in the world if we do not have our health? Good health paves the way to QUALITY OF LIFE! 

I am a helper to others. If I do not feel good, I do not feel like doing anything. How can I help others if I cannot help myself? I am aware of my shortcomings when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. I realize that I am responsible for making healthy choices that can directly impact my life.
